The six business domains provided by Sanki and the three strengths that support it
From site investigation ~ planning ~ execution ~ submission of a report to creating a database, one worker will provide the above consistently based on the skills, which allows for a quick improvement/proposal on-site.
Quality of workers = quality of work
The customer consults us → we investigate on site → we create an estimate → we execute. In all of the steps, we use the hands and heads of workers in our work.
In other words, the quality of workers directly translates into the quality of the work.
On the other hand, the image of “workers” among the general public is “quiet” and “technical.” It was not a positive image in terms of communication.
If you employed a salesperson outside of the workers, sales may increase. However, personnel expenses are reflected in the price no matter what, and the difference in the knowledge and where they stand between a salesperson and worker may create a gap between the image of the customer, the customer’s problems, and the final product.
Skills are not “techniques,” but “magic” to satisfy customers
Our decision was to strengthen the skills of the workers, and cultivate the ability to make proposals.
At Sanki, we convene an all-employee meeting once a month. With everyone having the opportunity to speak even if it is just a status update, the workers who were not good at speaking in front of others have the opportunity to take the viewpoint of customers. By making this a habit, we install a system where one becomes aware of the sales skills and proposal ability.
The worker should become a business leader who can conduct on-site investigations, hold meetings, conduct hearings, create estimates, make proposals, and make plans.
At Sanki, no worker who thinks “all I need to think about is the work.” This is what we are proud of.
Knowing the customer more than anybody else through workers + database
No e-mail addresses even if we want to send mail, and no reply even if we send mail; we are an industry where faxes and telephones are still the mainstream.
There is a tendency for IT skills to be neglected in our industry. In order for each worker to grow as an employee of Sanki rather than a worker, this is where we started to make improvements. By allocating an individual e-mail address to each employee, the estimate for customers can be made, but equipment, tools, and even down to a single light bulb, the information is entered into the database of our company using a PC, and it is managed.
In addition, by installing a CAD (computer-aided design) on every PC of every employee, the standard is a worker who can devise a plan. The knowledge and skills that have been passed down if left alone, but by combining it with a database, the facility/environment of the customer can be understood even more than the customer, and we are able to correspond to emergency inquiries. By putting in a request to Sanki, the facility of your company can be visualized/archived. This is our major strength.
We will conduct any sort of construction but the one for your face
The crystals of the skills accumulated from the basics is our wealth of experience in construction. In the accumulation of resolutions cultivated through a half century of history of air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage, and electric construction, we are very confident.
Needless to say, there is no need for a specific order for air conditioning construction when consulting us. All you need to say is that there is something that troubles you, or the trouble seems like it is facility related. It can also be a consultation in advance in the nature of “I feel will break soon”.
Our proud workers are excellent salespeople and will head to the site promptly for a resolution proposal. For a construction of the face, please go to Takasu Clinic, and for every other type of construction, leave it up to SANKI.
A subcontract, this is our pride.
There are many customers who use our company as a subcontract company.
In general, the position of a subcontractor is something that is not preferred, however, we think of this as our pride.
You can consult anything, you can throw the entire job at them, a precise reply will come back to a question asked, and all of the above can be realized. Because of the abilities the workers of Sanki are equipped with, many customers repetitively choose us as subcontractors.
This is how we think. Please feel free to “throw the entire job” at the workers of Sanki. With an assured strength, we will meet your expectations.
